My favorite dispensary towards western Baltimore! Staff are super nice and informative, great discounts and rewards, highly diverse menu, frequent pop ups, and the location is perfectly located by Chipotle, Five Guys, Rita’s, Popeyes, Arby’s, Chick-Fil-A and more for all your munchies possibilities! I had a wonderful experience tonight, and I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible staff who made it happen. The entire visit was quick, easy, and a W—I was given exactly what I requested, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.<br><br>To start, I want to highlight Zamir, who helped me out this evening. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. His knowledge about terpenes and product selection was spot-on—he made great suggestions based on my preferences. Myrcene!! Beyond that, his energy and positive attitude were contagious. He was bubbly, friendly, and wore a warm smile the whole time, which truly made my night after a long day at work. It’s always uplifting to be assisted by someone who clearly enjoys what they do.<br><br>Jamel -consistently greets me with a bright smile. It’s such a wonderful feeling to walk into a business to spend $ and be met with that kind of genuine positivity. Jamel’s demeanor communicates that he’s approachable, ready to help, and committed to providing a positive experience. On top of that, he’s knowledgeable, which adds so much value our interactions.<br><br>James - straightforward but he knows his stuff! He takes his role seriously and doesn’t joke around when it comes to making sure you get exactly what you need. I really appreciate his direct, no-nonsense approach—he’s focused, helpful, and makes it easy to find the right product based on your request.<br><br>Lastly, a big thank you to Stephen, one of the managers. His calm and peaceful presence always puts me at ease. I appreciate that he takes the time listen. His suggestions are top tier. For example, he prefers sativa products, while I lean heavily toward indica products, so I know his recommendations come from a place of thoughtful consideration, not personal bias. I also want to acknowledge how quickly and professionally he resolved a past issue. It’s clear that he truly values customer satisfaction and leads by example. Respect.<br><br>From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, the team at this location ensures a positive, welcoming, and efficient experience every time.
